Pro-Health Physical Rehabilitation Services P.C. is a therapist owned rehabilitation practice providing quality adult and pediatric Physical therapy and Occupational Therapy services in our outpatient clinic or in the comfort of your own home. Our rehabilitation team include highly skilled and experienced physical therapists and occupational therapists who work closely with physicians, employers and insurers to reduce pain, restore function and prevent future injuries in order to quickly and effectively return patients to their maximum level of function. Our therapists are licensed by the state of Illinois and provide quality individualized outpatient and in-home therapy services to patients of all ages using compassionate and positive approaches.
